The resort boasts a beautiful setting with a superb private beach ideal for snorkeling, which was definitely a highlight for us. However, our experience was marred by service delays, room cleanliness issues, and an overall lack of attention to detail. While the breakfast was decent, the dining options in the evenings were limited and underwhelming. The long check-in process and maintenance issues were also frustrating, making us reconsider returning for an extended stay.
Our stay at the resort was absolutely fantastic! The highlight of our trip to Samoa was the amazing 2-bedroom villa, which provided great comfort and access to a private beach. Ratu made our check-in so smooth, and the daily breakfast was a delightful experience. The attentive staff and entertaining shows kept our spirits high throughout our stay. However, a long flight with subpar service was a low point, even though it didn't overshadow our wonderful time.
My stay was quite enjoyable overall. The staff was very welcoming, and I appreciated their attentiveness, but there were moments when bar and food orders were forgotten. The hotel has excellent facilities and plenty of activities to keep you entertained. However, some daily news updates were out of date, which was a little frustrating. Overall, this resort has an incredible location and the potential for a top-notch experience.
I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The location was amazing, right by the beach with stunning ocean views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, but I wish there had been a bit more variety. I also want to highlight that although the staff were generally nice, a little more warmth in their smiles during breakfast would have been appreciated.
